Funding Accelerated for Specific Treatments (FAST) is a three-year Government of Ontario pilot that funds select high-priority oncology drugs, prior to the conclusion of pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA) price negotiations. Eligible products have been reviewed through the FDA’s Project Orbis program, approved by Health Canada, and received a final positive HTA recommendation from Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA-AMC).

This descriptive analysis characterizes the drugs listed under FAST and their regulatory-to-listing timelines as of September 6, 2026.
